Last Days 2013

11 Dec 2013, Posted by jkmd in Uncategorized

Cold but gorgeous! This is how our nature is presenting herself the last few days of fishing this year. Rivers are as low as they get, crystal clear and first junks of ice appear along the edges. Still some chrome Coho coming up the Skeena in small numbers and tributaries have an average amount of winter Steelhead. Temperatures are as low as minus 15 Celsius with dry continental air, but there is not a lot of snow yet. Only a matter of time, till a good storm hits the west coast and brings a good size dump, as usual. Hope everybody is enjoying the last few weeks of the year and we are looking forward to the coming season and our guests. Take care
